GO TO PIZZA PIZZA!!!
What kind of monkeys do you have working at the wanless location in Brampton??!?!
First I call in for an order of 20 wings. The italianish sounding man says they are $14.99. I then ask him for a total with taxes and he said $22.00. I said his math wasnt adding up. He then went on to bullshit and say they charge for sauces on the wings. I said that made on sense. He finally buckled down and said the price of $14.99 was incorrect. I said it was fine and I would order them anyways however i wanted the WELL DONE. HE assured me they would be well done.
We picked up the wings, and noticed he charged us incorrectly again, and that he indeed owed us 24 wings for that price. He didnt apologize and said, he would knock off $1.50 or we would have to wait 20 minutes for 4 more wings. We accepted the discount.
WE get home and the wings are literally pink inside. With small children, there was no way I was going to feed those pink wings to my children, so I picked up the phone and spoke to this same man. I told him his wings were raw and they were inedible!!! HE then said that my husband, who picked up the wings, said they were fine and didnt want to wait 20 more minutes. I was furious and told him, he offered my husband an additional 4 wings for 20 minutes, and that was why he didnt wait, not because they were raw! He quickly shut up, and said to keep the wings and he would be delivering a replacement. I quickly threw the wings in the garbage, as they were completley inedible and waited 45 minutes! Finally when someone showed up at my door, the driver asked for the wings back. My husband and I told him the italianish guy said to keep them, so we threw them out, and that he was more then welcome to go thru my garbage to get them. He became very defensive and said he was doing a good job, and he needed those wings back. My husband slammed the door and said keep your wings, your customer service is ridiculous, which it is!!!
HE then rang our door bell, and said to keep the wings with MUCH un-needed attitude, and he huffed and puffed under his breath.
